Engineering, Waterproofing and Delivery Aligned

Successful basement projects depend on coordinated decision-making rather than isolated packages. Our team aligns design planning, structural excavation, reinforced concrete works and BS 8102:2022 waterproofing design so that the permanent structure and the protection strategy work together.

Temporary works procedures follow BS 5975-1:2024 with appointed TWC and TWS roles where required. We also work alongside RIBA architects, chartered engineers and project teams to maintain technical quality while protecting programme and neighbouring property interests.
