No. In addition to shell & core basement construction, we also provide basement fit-out, finishing and turnkey delivery. Clients can appoint us for a structural package only, or for a coordinated service that takes the basement through to a completed, ready-to-use space.

Waterproofing is designed in line with BS 8102:2022 by a named CSSW specialist, while temporary works procedures follow BS 5975-1:2024 with appointed TWC/TWS roles where required. This helps ensure the basement is properly designed, sequenced and protected for the conditions of the site.

Yes. We regularly work with RIBA architects, chartered engineers, project managers and interior designers on premium residential projects. Our role can include design coordination, structural delivery, waterproofing coordination, fit-out integration and support for the wider consultant team throughout the programme.
